With over 20 years of experience in solution engineering and customer engagement, Basil Tilmon brings senior expertise to every engagement. Before founding Polyphronetic Consulting he was a Solutions Engineering Leader at Salesforce where he worked with nonprofits of all types and sizes from single-person shops to global name brand organizations.
Basil holds multiple Salesforce certifications and volunteers with The Salesforce Community Commons’ NPC Community Best Practices . He operates from Montevideo, Uruguay, working primarily with US nonprofits. He is uniquely positioned to help federal and state grant recipients leverage nearshore resources as a US person working abroad.
